The regular fees, as shown in the table below, hold for payments reaching us before 1 August 2018.

For payments reaching us later than 1 August, a surcharge of CHF 20.- must be added to the regular fee. This applies also for participants paying cash at the conference.

The reference SPS Annual Meeting has to be imperatively mentioned as well as the name of every person for whom the fee is being paid. For further clarification you may also add your registration ID (as shown on top of your registration).
Please make sure that you include the cost of bank fees / conversion rates such that the precise fee amount as shown above reaches us.
Credit cards are unfortunately not accepted.
Attention: Fees are not refundable in case of cancellation.
