The fee to hold an exhibition stand during the workshop is set at: 500€
This fee entitles to have a stand of about 3x2m (it could be a bit bigger if needed) during the whole duration of the meeting if requested. It also gives access to Coffee breaks and covers lunches as well as the possibility to join the visit programmed to the Underground lab on the 22nd of May.
The stands will be located on the ground floor of the Palacio de Congresos of Jaca (where the meeting will be held) which will be accessed during the welcome reception and the poster sessions. Posters sessions will take place in the afternoons of the 21st and 22nd of May. Please see see below a map of the exact location, the area in orange is where the posters will be exhibited and the area in green is where the exhibitors stands will be located.
