Thanks to the support of JINA-CEE and ChETEC we can offer financial support for students and post-docs to cover accommodation expenses and/or travel expenses, depending on funds availability.
The application deadline for financial support is July 8th.
If you are travelling from US and/or from a JINA-CEE associated Institutions, to apply for JINA-CEE funding, please send an email to mpignatari@gmail.com, with main email subject Financial support @ NuGrid school, JINA-CEE.
Individual participants will fill in an expenses form given during the School, and submit receipts to JINA-CEE after their travel is completed. Reimbursement will be done by check or wire-transfer.
Scientists working in ChETEC participating countries (and possibly other COST or NNC institutions) may apply for ChETEC support to participate in the school.
If you want to apply for funding, please send an email to mpignatari@gmail.com, with main email subject Financial support @ NuGrid school, ChETEC. In your email, please explain how your research links to the ChETEC objectives (e.g. open questions listed here http://www.chetec.eu/open-questions).
In both cases, support will be confirmed within two weeks after the deadline.
