If you are in need of an invitation letter to obtain your visa, please contact Kristina Gunne via email (Kristina.Gunne@cern.ch) in good time before your departure.
Please provide the following information:
- Your full name as it is written in your passport
- Your full address to where the invitation letter should be sent
- Your phone number (needed for the delivery of the visa)
Please note that it is incumbent upon your home institute or yourself to make sure that you have the necessary financial means to cover your travel and stay in the local area.
