Description

By formulating a new perturbative framework we try to reveal characteristic
features of neutrino oscillation which are relevant for possible precision measurement of mixing parameters. Most notably, we show that the effect of CP phase is larger by a factor of ~10 compared to conventional LBL experiments such as T2HK and DUNE. I also mention possible ways for improving uncertainty of atmospheric neutrino flux at low energies.
