Reception (Monday)
At Monday evening, we will have reception and poster session. All participants and companions are cordially invited to the reception. We ask you to sign up at the registration desk for attending the reception. This will help us estimate number of participants at the reception.
Tour & banquet (Wednesday)
At 28 Aug. (Wed), we will have Gyeongju historic tour and banquet. The bus will leave the workshop venue at 1:30 PM. The banquet will be at The-K Hotel, Gyeongju. Since the banquet place is in Gyeongju, we strongly encourage you to join the tour. However, if you plan to attend the banquet without the tour, please register at the registration desk for a bus which will leave the hotel to the banquet place at 5:00 PM, Wednesday. If you have any questions, please contact the LOC. Also, please understand that the details of the tour are subject to change.
Friday (Aug.30) Night City Tour offered by Daegu City
Daegu city offers a free city (downtown) tour for our participants. The number of seats is limited to 40. We will accept registration for this tour from Tuesday morning until the number of registrants hits 40. Roughly the schedule is as follows.
6:30 - 7:00 from the hotel to downtown
7:00 - 8:00 free time for dinner
8:00 - 9:30 city tour
9:30 - 10:00 from downtown to the hotel
