Registration Instructions And Fees


The method of registration is electronic, by using the form under  "Registration" in the left menu and your indico account.  If you do not have an indico account you can register by sending an e-mail to iwhss2019@lip.pt with the following details:

1. Full name

2. Status (Participant, student or Accompanying person)

3. Affiliation

4. E-mail

IMPORTANT: The registration will be only effective after the payment of the fee. An e-mail of confirmation will be sent once the procedure is completed. If you need an invoice to proceed with the payment please send us the details of your institution (name, VAT number, etc.) by indicating it when the registration form dedicated field.



Early Bird registration -- until 17 May (inclusive)

Accompanying person 90 €



The workshop fee for regular participants and students includes:

  • Attendance of all workshop sessions
  • Workshop bag with badge, lunch tickets, maps, programme, etc
  • Welcome reception / Wine degustation cocktail
  • Coffee breaks
  • 4 Lunches (monday to thursday)
  • Workshop dinner
  • Excursion

Accompanying person's fee includes:

  • Welcome reception / Wine degustation cocktail
  • Workshop dinner
  • Excursion


Instructions for payment

Payments shall be made by Bank Transfer or in the local.

All fees should be paid in Euros (€). Do not forget to:

  • state the name of the participant in the transfer receipt: Surname_Institution

Important: Bank transfer must be free of charges for the recipient. Irregular transfers will not be accepted.

Please, send a copy of the bank transfer to the Organization (iwhss2019@lip.pt) or upload it in the registration form so that the payment of each participant can be identified more easily, together with the details for the invoice (Name, Institution, VAT number, etc).



Registrations may be cancelled until 14th of June, in which case a total fee refund will be done. It will not be possible to offer any refunds on cancellations received after that date.
