There are several hotels located in the center of Aveiro, with rooms at different price levels, all of them within a walking distance from the conference site or served by public bus transportation (http://www.aveirobus.pt/). We feel sorry that there is no English version of the site. If help needed please contact the local organization.
Although the organization was able to agree with the hotels the blocking of several rooms, the deadlines for the rooms release are short. Participants must book their own hotel and we strongly recommend the early booking as in June the hotels have high occupancy rate. The table lists the hotels with agreement that are within a 2.5km radius from the campus. These are in walking distance from the campus (about 20minutes).
To get the special hotel rates, the participants need to book their room by making the reservation by email directly on the hotel, making reference to "IWHSS2019"except when a code is provided. Please keep in mind that other reservations methods (ex: Momondo, trivago) will not be covered by the hotels special rates.
