Hotel and Accommodation Information
CERN Hotel
Majority of attendants will be accommodated at the CERN Hotel. We have reserved 30 single and 5 double rooms. Please fill in the attached form ("CERN_Hotel_Registration_Form_To_Fill_In.docx") and send it back to the CERN Housing Service upon registration no later than 22nd of February. The form has prices for both types of rooms. After sending in the form, a participant will receive a reply from the CERN Housing Service with a ticket number. Upon receiving this number from CERN Housing Service, a participant will also need to provide a guarantee (Credit Card Information) by directly contacting CERN Housing Service (+41227674481). Guarantee must also be provided no later than 22nd of February.
Please consult CERN Hotel regulations in order to check the eligibility of staying at the CERN Hotel. In particular, children who are younger than 18 years of age are not allowed to stay at the CERN Hotel.

The Cointrin airport is a taxi journey from CERN (around 35 CHF). All of the hotels mentioned above have a shuttle service to and from the airport (and CERN).
