Details of conference fee
Registration Fee: 55,000 JPY, reduced to 50,000 JPY for registrations completed and paid by 14 21 October.
The reduced fee for students is 35,000 JPY, reduced to 30,000 JPY for registrations completed and paid by 14 21 October.
The above registrations cover attendance at the conference sessions, coffee breaks, and the social events (welcome reception, banquet, and excursion).
Accompanying persons can register for a fee of 20,000 JPY per person. This covers attendance at only the social events (welcome reception, banquet, and excursion).
Conference registration and payment will be possible until 9th November 2019. Registrations are not valid unless payment has been made in full by this date.
The preferred payment method is by using Paypal in the registration process. This requires you to have a PayPal account.
If you cannot create a PayPal account, or have any other problems paying through the indico system, payment via credit card (VISA/MasterCard/JCB) is available on this page.

Registration cancellation
In case you have to cancel your registration, please contact the organisers as soon as possible at chef2019-loc@epp.phys.kyushu-u.ac.jp.
In the case of cancellation before 9th November 2019, the registration fee will be refunded, minus a 4,000 JPY administration fee. No refunds are possible for cancellations made after this date.
