Reception and Dinner
All participants and accompanying persons are invited to the conference reception which will be held at the venue on Monday 25th. Western-style buffet dishes with local ingredients will be served with drinks.
The conference dinner will be held on Wednesday 27th at a traditional Japanese restaurant "Kanzan-soh". Various Japanese cuisines including fish and meat will be served. The fee of the dinner is included in the registration fee and the fee for the accompanying persons. If you have any dietary constraints, please make a note in the registration form. A bus will be organized to take you to the restaurant after the excursion.

Excursion
We will have an excursion on the afternoon of Wednesday, 27th.
We will visit Dazaifu shrine/temple with autumn leaves, then go to Ohori park to experience a tea ceremony, and Fukuoka tower for an overview of Fukuoka city. Lunch box (light meal) is provided.
