The registration fees are in Euro and include conference registration, accommodation including full board, coffee breaks, a conference folder, conference dinner and bus transfers from Innsbruck to Obergurgl on the first day and back to Innsbruck on the last day.
The fees are:
- Category 1 (single room) 995.00 Euro
- Category 2 (half double room with colleague or accompanying person) 875.00 Euro
- Category 3 (accompanying person) 780.00 Euro
This includes accommodation from 13th of April-18th of April. If you want to arrive earlier/stay longer, please contact your confirmed accommodation individually as soon as possible.
Note: for Category 2, the colleague who shares the room with you should be registered as well in order to have all necessary participant details and to be able to allocate the requested room type. There is a reduced fee for accompanying persons.
To register, please follow the link below. You will be directed to the University of Graz, which will handle the conference registrations and payment. You will there need to create an account, and then select the event to register. Registration is only finished after payment.
You do not need to register again via indico for participation.
The abstract submission, however, will take place via indico as usual, and needs to be done in addition.
The event is cancelled. No registration is possible. Already registered participants will receive further information soon.
The registration is a two-step process: You first create an account, and can then afterwards register for ALPS 2020 itself. You will get separate confirmation emails for both steps.
Registration deadline: 20th of March 2020 (extended)
Note: After this date, we have to cancel any left-over reservations in nearby hotels to avoid cancellation fees. Note that hotel rooms in the university center will be distributed on a first-come first-serve base (42 rooms). We will distribute remaining registrants to nearby hotels (1-3min walking distance).
