Participants are strongly advised to ensure that they comply with all legal requirements to enter Colombia. In addition to a valid passport, an entry visa may also be required. Visit the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia to find out, depending on your citizenship, country of long-term residence and the length of your stay, if you need a visa to enter Colombia.
If a visa is needed, is recommended to start the process for a minimum of 2 months and before your arrival in Colombia. For more information, contact the Colombian consulate or embassy nearest to your country of residence.
The conference organization will send letters of invitation to help with visa procedures to people who request it to help them obtain the visa. It should be understood that the letters do not imply any financial support or hosting agreement of NNN19, nor a guarantee of issuance of a visa.
The certification letter to attend the visa paperwork will only be sent to participants who have paid their registration fees in full.
