- Lunch will be provided Monday-Thursday 12.30-2.00 pm, and Friday 1.00-2.00 pm. They will take place in Salle APPN nearby the IP2I building on Monday and Friday, and at Domus Tuesday-Thursday.
- Coffee breaks will be held Monday-Friday in Salle APPN.
- The Welcome drink will be held on Tuesday evening on the IP2I building's 4th floor.
- The Gala dinner cruise will be held on Thursday evening.
