ISOTDAQ 2023 is the 13th of a series of International Schools dedicated to introduce those with an education in physics, engineering or computing (ranging from undergrads to postdocs) to the "arts and crafts" of triggering and acquiring data for physics experiments. The main aim of the school is to provide an overview of the basic instruments and methodologies used in high energy physics, spanning from small experiments in the lab to the very large LHC experiments, emphasizing the main building blocks as well as the different choices and architectures at different levels of complexity. The school will be split 50-50 between a series of lectures and hands-on laboratory exercises, where students can use the concepts and techniques they have learned throughout the course.

Since places are limited, acceptance to the school is by a selection committee.

The 13th International School of Trigger and Data Acquisition is organised by Istanbul University and will be held at Department of Physics, Istanbul University, Istanbul, Turkey.  Lectures (in the Nazım Terzioğlu Building - Feza Gürsey Lecture Hall) and hands on exercises will be held in the laboratories (Freshman laboratories - electric (no 208) & mechanic (no 209)) at Department of Physics. Coffee breaks  will be served at Department of Physics and lunches will be served at Profesörler Evi of Istanbul University (https://goo.gl/maps/NQ5uZ2xTr62LHZvJA).

Registiration Deadline: 1 March 2023
