Application Procedure
Students will be performing all the exercises with dedicated equipment in groups of four. This means that the number of students is limited and admittance to the school is via a selection procedure.

In order to apply for the school, please:
- Fill in the application form.
- Ask one of your supervisors/advisors to write a recommendation letter for you, motivating your candidature and upload it to the application form. Note that you can submit the recommendation letter at a later stage if it is not ready. Or send it to the School secretariat by e-mail (isotdaq.schools@cern.ch). If you are not able to provide such a letter, please contact the organisers as soon as possible once you have decided to apply.

Tuition Fee
The tuition fee is 850 Euros and also covers accommodation in shared rooms (10 nights), breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, a reception and a social dinner. Travel to and from Istanbul, as well as all other dinners and expenses are to be paid by the students.
Students wishing to stay in a single room will have to support the upgrade themselves. The upgrade to single room will cost approximately 400 Euros. The exact price depends on the availability of rooms and will be confirmed on a case by case basis.
The fee for local students or those not requiring accommodation is 300 Euros.
For a limited number of applicants who do not have any means of finance from their home institute, the tuition fee might be reduced or waived by the organizers. In case you want to apply for this, please attach a justification to your application.
Please send your application as early possible: for the benefit of both you, the student, and the hosting institute.
Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on your completed application form and recommendation letter.
The selection results will be announced soon after the deadline.
Payment method
Payment of the tuition fees can be made via bank transfer or credit card. More details will be provided to accepted students after we receive confirmation of acceptance.
