Conference fee for participants with a presentation in physical presence:
Till early bird deadline 8 October 2023 conference fee: 500 EURO.
From 9 October 2023 conference fee: 550 EURO.
With the exchange rate of 29 Sept. 2023 :
500 EUR= 529.32 USD
The conference fee includes:
- Publication of the contributed papers
- Conference dinner
- Conference excursion
- Social events.
The conference fee amount is independent of the duration of stay of the delegate and therefore it is also independent of the participation in the conference dinner or the excursion
Conference fee for presenters of talks or posters per internet:
From now till 8 October 2023 conference fee: 250 EURO
From 9 October 2023 conference fee: 300 EURO.
With the exchange rate of 29 Sept. 2023 :
250 EUR= 264.66 USD
The conference fee includes:

Excursion Fees
Conference excursion:
For the conference excursion, the participants do not pay as it is included in the conference fee.
For accompanying persons:
- More than 12: 50 Euros
- 5 to 12 years old: 15 Euros
- Less than 5: free
You must have your passport with you during the visits.
Additional Fees for accompanying persons
Conference dinner fee for accompanying persons more than 12 years old : 50 Euro.
Conference dinner fee for accompanying persons 5 to 12 years old: 20 Euro.
