CANCELLATION policy of OAC for accommodation booking
Participants interested in booking an OAC room are expected to:
- Make a pre-reservation of the OAC room by selecting the "OAC room" option during registration.
- After receiving confirmation of their OAC reservation from the organizers and determining their travel dates, enter the dates of their OAC room booking in their registration and pay for at least one night (which is non-reimbursable).
- Pay the full amount before the conference when their travel plan is secured and after you have bought your ticket.
Payments for OAC rooms are non-reimbursable if participants have paid in advance for their room for certain dates but make changes to their booking (cancel, change dates) after June 20, 2023.
The organizers advise the delegates, to pay their room in OAC only after they have booked their flight and their trip is assured.
Also it is advised for reservation purpose to pay for one day to reserve a room in OAC and the rest can be paid later.
CANCELLATION policy of ICNFP 2023
Conference fees will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation or any emergency, including but not limited to lockdowns, wars, or any kind of national or international emergency event, until the end of the conference. After the conference is completed and everyone has returned home, we will aim to reimburse conference fees upon request, depending on the situation and to the extent that it is possible. Due to the uncertainty of the situation, we cannot promise any reimbursement or level of reimbursement, but we will aim to reimburse fees if possible. If any talks cannot be given during the Crete conference for any reason, if the conference is disrupted, or if speakers miss their talks due to reasons such as time zone misunderstandings, the speakers can give their talks in an extension of ICNFP per internet-only that will take place in November 2023. The reimbursement requests will be considered only after the conference.
