Please do not pay for your room in OAC before you receive a confirmation per email for your booking from the conference organisers.
We request participants to pay for their room in OAC only after they bought a flight ticket.
You can choose to pay only for the first day of your booking in OAC to reserve the room and pay the total amount later. In that case please select only the first day in the link below. for payment, while leaving all days in the booking inside Indico registration for the OAC room.
Payments for OAC rooms are not reimbursable.
The costs of transactions (card or bank transfer) are expected to be paid by the participant.
You can use this form multiple times.
The form cannot separate amounts for delegates and accompanying persons but we can give separate the amounts in other type of receipt. You can also fill out the form twice, once for you and once for your accompanying persons.
Attention: in the form below, if you wish to pay for a room in OAC, please select the nights of stay in OAC, and not the dates of arrival and departure, for example: if you have confirmation of reservation of a room in OAC with arrival 10 July and departure 22 July (12 nights), you have to select in the form below, to pay for the nights 10 to 21 July (12 nights).
