Code of Conduct

The ICNFP conference adheres to the CERN code of conduct:

and request from all participants, convenors and organisers to adhere to the CERN code of conduct in all matters related to the conference.

If you are being harassed or notice that someone else is being harassed on a matter related to the ICNFP conference, please contact the organisers with an email to icnfp2023@gmail.com writing your name, employer and describing the problem in detail.

If a participant engages in harassing behaviour, the conference organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the conference with no refund or calling the police.

Talking in an aggressively loud and emotional tone of voice against the work of someone, or making negative comments about other researchers results during their presentations and in the discussion time using inappropriate or bold language, insisting on repeating negative comments, insisting that other people respond to a question or to a request to comment on something when they do not wish to do so, and any kind of other behaviour that disturbs participants, convenors or organisers, before, after and during the conference is considered harassing behaviour.
