Before proceeding with your invoice request, please ensure that your registration form has been accepted. Once your registration is approved, you may proceed to request an invoice from us for payment.
To request an invoice, please send an email to icec-icmc.secretariat@cern.ch. Upon receipt of your invoice request, we will promptly process it and send the invoice to you via email.
IMPORTANT
We would like to inform you that after your registration acceptance an invoice request must be made before payments. To receive an invoice, payment must be made only by bank transfer. You cannot pay by credit card, because it is not possible with our accounting process and system. Payments by credit card we can only provide a receipt.
