Description

The ATLAS TileCalibWeb Robot application is the core tool in the Tile Calorimeter and the main interface for preparing and recording conditions and calibration data into the Online and Offline ORACLE Databases used daily by on-duty data quality control specialists and experts.
During LHC Run 3 TileCalibWeb Robot was significantly improved with numerous changes. These enhancements substantially simplify and accelerate the process of preparing new conditions data and updating the Database from a user's perspective.
In accordance with the ATLAS decision regarding the upcoming migration of the Conditions Database from COOL to CREST, the next generation of the TileCalibWeb Robot for HL-LHC has been developed. This modernized version incorporates all the helpful features already implemented and well-tested during Run 3, as well as new improvements, such as expanded user-friendly input data formats, payload visualization, etc.
This contribution presents the architecture and functionality of the new web interface, including the internal validation process used to ensure the appropriateness of various types of conditions data. This includes comparing new data with existing records before uploading them to the Database. Such approach allows for the rapid migration of the Tile Calorimeter conditions data for the HL-LHC from COOL to CREST, ensures necessary monitoring, data consistency, backwards compatibility and provides the appropriate software and user interface for working with the new version of the Conditions Database.
