Initial Stages 2025 will feature a poster session on Monday, September 8, from 19:00 to 21:00.
Posters should be in A0 size. Only confirmed poster presenters (with email confirmation) are eligible to present. Prizes will be awarded to the best posters, and the winners will be expected to give flash talks on the afternoon of September 12. Presenters are expected to bring their own printed posters to the conference. The IS2025 local organizing committee is unable to assist with poster printing.
Posters must be uploaded to Indico by Sunday, September 7, 12:00 Taiwan time.
To upload your poster, you can just log in to the IS2025 Indico site using the email address you registered with, then click on My Contributions.
Important: Posters not uploaded by the deadline will not be considered for the Poster Award. If you have trouble bringing an A0 poster, one option is to print it on soft fabric, which can be folded and placed in your suitcase, making it easy to carry while traveling.
