Registration Desk (Conference Venue)
During the conference, a registration desk will be set up outside the Forum Auditorium each morning before sessions begin. If you need to register outside of the scheduled times, a registration table will be available at the same location for badge, conference materials, and souvenirs pickup. Registered participants may check in starting at 8:00 am on Monday and Tuesday, and at 8:30 am on Wednesday and Thursday.
Service Desk (Terminal 2, Taoyaun Airport)
To assist participants, we will set up a service desk at Terminal 2, Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) on September 6, from 12:00 to 21:30, two days before the conference begins. This desk will provide necessary assistance upon arrival. The service desk location can be found below. After you exit customs, please turn left, and you will soon see the service desk on your left-hand side. You can pick up your EasyCard here and use it to take the metro to Taipei.
For those who cannot pick up their EasyCard at Taoyuan Airport, please don’t worry. It will be provided to you when you check in at the conference on September 8. Please note that each participant will receive only one EasyCard. If it is lost, we unfortunately won’t be able to provide a replacement. If you arrive at Terminal 1 during the service desk hours, you can take the free Skytrain from T1 to T2. The ride takes only 2–3 minutes.
