Participation to the school is free of charge.
Travel, accommodation and meals are at the expense of the participants (i.e. financed by their home institutes).
Limited financial support from the EU funded FP7 project AIDA funds is available for a limited number of students, who do not have alternative funding available for their travel expenses (travel and accommodation only).
Eligibility for applying for the limited financial support:
1) Your application has to be accompanied by a Reference/Support Letter signed by your Professor or Supervisor, clearly indicating the lack of financial support for your travel expenses (on formal headed paper from the applicant's institute/organization). To help you, we have prepared a model of Reference Letter that can be edited.
A scanned copy of the Reference/Support Letter should be sent to Catherine.Brandt@cern.ch
2) You must be enrolled in a higher education programme (Graduate or PhD studies)
3) You must present a poster at the school at the dedicated session.
The selection of the participants will be made by the Selection Committee and participants will be informed of the outcome of their application by the beginning of April 2013.
