ROOM
The school will be in the Council Chamber room, 503-1-001, which is on the 1st floor of the main building.
ACCOMMODATION
70 single rooms, with shower, have been pre-booked for the event:
Room rate : 58.-chf/night
The reservation (first come/first served) will be done through the application form, according to your reply.
The rooms pre-booked will be kept until 30th April 2013.
Payments should be made directly at the CERN Hostel Reception

CERN SITE ACCESS
To enter the CERN site, you should be in possession of a valid CERN access card. For external visitors, the school badge will be considered as the CERN access card.
The day of your arrival, please go to the Main entrance, Gate B, and mention to the Security Guard that you are attending ESI 2013 School.
At the start of the conference, you should go to the registration desk located in front of the conference room (Council Chamber), 503-1-001 (opening hours 08:00 - 11:00 / 13:00 - 16:00) where you will receive a badge (pass for the Social Dinner and CERN access card). The fees payment for the Social Dinner (40 CHF) will be done in cash upon arrival. According receipts will be handed out.
