Accommodation

Accommodation and OAC conference package
 

The venue of the conference is OAC; see Venue.

OAC offers an all-inclusive package which includes accommodation, full board, and conference facilities.
The cost per day is:
  • 115 Euro per person in a single occupation room
  • 90 Euro per person sharing a double room. 

For accompanying persons staying in OAC and sharing a double room the cost is 60 Euro per day including accommodation and meals.

In case OAC accommodation is not sufficient to host all participants arrangements with two nearby hotels APHEA and LEFKA have been made.


To reserve a room in OAC, APHEA or LEFKA please use the registration form in the left hand-side menu (in case of any problems please send an email to icnfp2014@gmail.com)

Please do not proceed to any payment to OAC if you have not received a confirmation of your stay in OAC by the organizers.


Alternative accommodation

For participants wishing to make private arrangements for accommodation a list of hotels is provided: please see the list of hotels at the bottom of the page and contact the hotel of your choice directly.

Please note that participants not staying in OAC, should pay 55 EUR per day to OAC for meals (30 EUR), and conference facilities (25 EUR).

Note

Please specify in the registration form, in the left-hand side menu your preference, if you wish to take the OAC all inclusive package, share your room with another participant, or accompanying people or you prefer to proceed with private arrangements for accommodation. Please not that assistance in booking rooms can provided from the ICNFP organizers until 15/6/14.

OAC meals

 

 

 

 

 

OAC provides breakfast and two meals per day, which are served in the dining room of the foundation. During the summer months, when the weather is good, meals are served on the big veranda of OAC, providing a magnificent sea view.

There is a breakfast buffet and warm meals for lunch and dinner. The meals follow the traditional Cretan cuisine and include starters, salad, main course, fruit/dessert, as well as local wine and water.
There are two coffee breaks per day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon, including coffee, tea, orange juice and biscuits/cake.
