The articles written in word have to be 1 column style. The short name of the conference to be used inside the papers in the top of the page is "New Frontiers in Physics 2014".
Please make sure to read the guidelines in the EPJ webpage. In particular before submitting print-ready PDF files, please check the quality of the final PDF documents at http://pdf-analyser.edpsciences.org/
The recommended number of pages of the papers is 6-8 pages for parallel talks (15+5 min) or posters, 8-10 pages for long parallel talks (20+5 min), 10-12 pages for plenary talks, and 15-20 pages for lectures. If you need some more pages this is also possible.
The LaTeX, style files, figures and the PDF of your article should be put in one directory, named as your full name, with the surname first and in capital, for example:
CRAMER_John_ICFNP2014
It is necessary that you include the PDF file of your paper. The PDF should be named also as your full name:
CRAMER_John_ICNFP2014.pdf
This directory should be compressed and send to:
Articles will be refereed, however the authors are expected to do a very careful English check of their text.
The authors should not add any page number on their articles. EPJ Web of Conferences has article numbers instead of page numbers. EPJ will add all the appropriate information like the article number on the PDF after receiving the PDF files of the paper contributions.
