Accommodation and OAC conference package
| The venue of the conference is OAC (see Venue). OAC offers an all-inclusive package which includes accommodation, full board, and conference facilities. The cost per day is:
For accompanying persons staying in OAC and sharing a double room the cost is 60 Euro per day including accommodation and meals. |
OAC meals

OAC provides breakfast and two meals per day, which are served in the dining room of the foundation. During the summer months, when the weather is good, meals are served on the big veranda of OAC, providing a magnificent sea view. The conference organization pays particular attention to have a rich selection of high quality and taste truly vegetarian dishes. |
Note: OAC accommodation is fully booked!
To reserve a room in OAC please use the registration form in the left hand-side menu (in case of any problems please send an email to icnfp2015@gmail.com). Please do not proceed to any payment to OAC if you have not received a confirmation of your stay in OAC by the organizers.
Alternative accommodation
For participants wishing to make private arrangements for accommodation a list of hotels is provided: please see the list of hotels at the bottom of the page and contact the hotel of your choice directly.
Please note that participants not staying in OAC, are expected to pay 55 EUR per day to OAC for meals (30 EUR), and conference facilities (25 EUR).
Note
Please specify in the registration form, in the left-hand side menu your preference, if you wish to take the OAC all inclusive package, share your room with another participant, or accompanying people or you prefer to proceed with private arrangements for accommodation.

- Orthodox Academy of Crete at Kolymbari has 60 rooms with bathroom, all double bed, with either two beds or a double bed, and out of which 5 are suites (two rooms, with a double bed in the one and a sofa in the other room). All have their own bathroom & most have a sea-view & air-conditioning.
