Financial support
The conference offers limited financial support for young students as well as post doctoral researchers with up to 5 years scientific experience after their Thesis. Interested persons can apply sending an email to icnfp.2015@gmail.com with
- subject of email: "Request for financial support ICNFP 2015"
- a short application letter
- a curriculum vitae, including the date of Thesis defence if any, and the age
- arrange for a letter of reference to be send to icnfp.2015@gmail.com with subject "Reference Letter for (candidates name) ICNFP 2015".
Details of payments
Conference fee
The conference fee is:
- 285 EURO regular
- 195 EURO student
The conference fee includes:
- Proceedings in EPJ Web of Conferences
- Conference dinner
- Conference excursion
- Social events
- Bus transport from and to the Chania airport for the dates of start (22, 23 August) and end (30 and 31 August) of the conference. There will be no transport from Heraklion Airport, which is in 160 km from Kolymbari.
Note
For participants staying in OAC:
An all-inclusive package has been arranged, which has to be paid directly to the OAC.

For participants not staying in OAC:
An extra payment of 55 EUR per day is to be done at OAC for lunch (15 EUR), dinner (15 EUR), coffee breaks and conference facilities (25 EUR). For those who will arrange meals by themselves and will not eat in OAC, the extra payment is 25 EUR per day.

Accompanying persons wishing to join the conference dinner and excursion are kindly asked to arrange it in place during registration.
Excursion fee for accompanying persons:
More or equal to 17 years old and up to 65 years old: 40 Euros
More than 5 and less than 17 years old or more than 65 years old: 30 Euros
2-5 years old: 20 Euros
Conference dinner fee for accompanying persons (not staying in OAC) is 25 Euro.
