A limited number of rooms have been pre-reserved between the 17th and 25th January'15 at the CERN hostel under the reference PURESAFE.
Deadline for booking : 5th December'14 (no rooms will be guaranteed after this date)

Please note that all reservations are confirmed by default as long as the registration form still shows remaining availabilities. No further confirmation will be sent out.
The number of available rooms are indicated in the form. Should the number of available rooms show "0", please contact the hostel directly in order to be put on a waiting list. Reference : PURESAFE
Check-In : The Hostel Reception (Building 39) is open from Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 02.00. Saturday and Sunday from 9.00 to 01.00.
Outside these hours : room keys can be obtained from the security guard at the entrance to CERN's Meyrin site (Swiss side) - Gate B.
Check-out : 12.00 a.m.
CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICIES:
In case you need to cancel or modify your reservation at the CERN hostel;
Before 15.12.2014: please contact PURESAFE-2015@cern.ch
After 15.12.2014: please contact the hostel directly. (This link also sends a mail to the local organizing committee.)
Cancellations made after 48h prior to arrival: 1 night will be charged.
