HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR PRESENTATION or PAPER
Please note you need an account (cern external lightweight account or a cern nice account) to upload your presentation.
If you are not already in possession of one;
please register for an external lightweight account through this link.
Once this is done return to your e-mail in order to confirm this request !!!
- Please make sure you are "logged in" (top right corner)
- Click on "My Conference / My Contributions" (in the main menu) (only available after you have logged in and linked to announced presentation)
- Click on "view"
- Click on the "pencil". Then on "Add Material".
- Under "Upload Material" and in "Location": browse for your file.
- Under "Material Type": select "slides", Finish with "Create Resource" and "Close".
Do you already have an account, but there seems to be a problem.

TO MODIFY OR DELETE YOUR CONTRIBUTION
Log in as explained above
Click on "My Conference / My Contributions" (in the main menu)
Click on "view"
To Modify : Click on the "pencil".
You can now choose to "add material" or to delete the document.
To Delete : Click on the "red X" icon next to your presentations' title.
How to Update your Indico Profile
To check your profile in Indico (related e-mail, affiliation, title, address etc) please login to indico: http://indico.cern.ch.
Click on "My Profile" (in the top blue bar) and "Account Details". You can now update your profile.
Deadline for submission of presentations : 16th January 2015
If you have not had time to upload your presentation beforehand, please bring a usb key and we'll upload it before the meeting; but this option is reserved ONLY for urgencies.
