Instructions for Plenary Talks
Plenary talks should be uploaded to the Indico page 24h BEFORE your talk. You should be able to upload your presentation using your Indico account. If you do not have an Indico account, you may create a lightweight account using your email address. If you cannot upload your talk, you can ask the conference Help Desk to do so. You should also have a copy of your talk available on a USB memory stick. This is in order to avoid possible interruption due to network outages. The format of your presentation should be powerpoint (including pptx) or PDF. Your talk is 30 minutes + 5 minutes discussion.
Instructions for Parallel Talks
Parallel talks should be uploaded to the Indico page 24h BEFORE your talk. You should be able to upload your presentation using your Indico account. If you cannot upload your talk, you can ask the parallel session convener or the Conference Help Desk to do so. You should also have a copy of your talk available on a USB memory stick. This is in order to avoid possible interruption due to network outages. The format of your presentation should be powerpoint (including pptx) or PDF. Your talk length is as communicated by the session convener and posted in the conference Timetable. Allow time for questions at the end.
Instructions for Poster Session
All posters will be on display in the Michigan League Ballroom during the conference opening reception on Tuesday evening.

The poster size can be portrait or landscape with MAXIMUM width of 36" and height of 48".
- Please bring your poster PRINTED. We cannot provide assistance for printing the poster on site.

Boards for posters will be available all day Tuesday on a first-come first-serve basis.

You will be expected to answer questions and present your poster during the poster session.
