Registration Information
DPF 2015 is a meeting of the American Physical Society's Division of Particles and Fields. Registration fees are due for all participants, including invited speakers and chairpersons. Early registration has a $350 fee and late registration will rise to a $400 fee, with all registration closing on August 1, 2015. There will be an extra $75 charge for bringing guests to the conference. Registration includes breakfasts, coffee breaks, reception, banquet, and evening programs and two lunches. Accommodations are not included in registration and will have to be arranged and paid for separately. Financial aid for students/postdocs assists with lodging for the conference. This assistance has been distributed and is no longer available.
The early registration fee deadline has been re-extended until July 6.
Until Monday July 6,2015 - Early Registration Fee ($350)
After Monday July 6, 2015 - Late Registration Fee ($400)
August 1, 2015 - Registration closes
The registration fee is refundable up to July 31, minus a $50 processing fee. After this date there are no refunds.
