The event will be hosted at the Slaviero Hotel in the north of the island (Ingleses Beach). Unless you are one of the four invited lecturers, you are responsible for making your own reservation. If you wish to share a room, all names should be given together during the reservation to the hotel personnel.
Rates:
- Single room: R$ 278,80 (per person per day)
- Double room: R$ 383,35 (R$ 191,68 per person per day)
- Triple room: R$ 487,90 (R$ 162,64 per person per day)-
These prices include breakfast, lunch and coffee-breaks. Many of the rooms offer cooking facilities. Make sure you ask for one of these rooms if you intend to cook your own dinner. However, there are plenty of restaurants and snack bars within walking distance from the hotel.

Each participant can pay his/her fraction of the total rate of the room in the following way: 50% at reservation time and 50% at checkin.
