Conference fee includes Proceedings, Coffee Breaks, Conference Dinner, Conference Excursion, and Welcome Reception.
The accepted forms of payment for fees are bank transfer and PayPal.
Conference Dinner fee for an accompanying person is 70 €.
Excursion fee for an accompanying person is 65 € including also one box-lunch.
Lunch
During the Conference, participants can have lunch at the conference venue. A few lunch alternatives will be offered: lunch box, self-service, restaurant at different increasing price and quality. Prices for a package of no. 5 lunch tickets will range from 50 to 75 euros per person depending on the choice of the type of lunch. Everything will be organized within the Congress Centre. Restaurant/self-service is located 100 steps far from the Conference venue.
The day of the Conference Excursion all participants that have purchased a lunch package will receive a lunch-box independently of their lunch choice (lunch-box, self-service, restaurant)
Be aware that lunch facilities are not present around the Conference venue.
Lunch packages MUST BE BOOKED through the registration form and paid at the Conference desk on Monday 6 June by 12:00 a.m. (cash only).
Additional Registration Fees for the Pre-Conference Short Courses
Short courses will be held at the Caffè Pedrocchi in the center of Padua, Sunday, June 5, 2016. The course time schedule will be organized so as to allow attendance to both courses.
1) Short course “FPGA and GPU programming”
2) Short course “Real-time data visualization and control using modern Web technologies”

The participation in the Pre-Conference Tutorials has to be chosen in the Registration Form.
Exhibitor’s fee
Exhibition fee is 2000 €. To book an exhibition space please register using the registration form available in the conference site and check “Exibitors” flag. Exhibitor fee includes: booth, coffee breaks and welcome reception. Lunches, social dinner and excursion are not included in the exhibitor fee and can be reserved in the sections below devoted to Additional Services.
