We would like to remind you of the international conference on Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays ,“UHECR2016”, which will be held on 11-14 of October 2016 at the Kyoto Research Park in Kyoto in Japan. The conference website is https://indico.cern.ch/event/504078/ .

<Abstract>
In addition to invited talks, we accept oral and poster contributions. Abstract submission started on August 9 (Tue) JST (hereafter all the times are JST). Please submit your abstracts via https://indico.cern.ch/event/504078/call-for-abstracts/ before August 29 (Mon). We will notify acceptance of abstracts to authors on September 8 (Thu).
<Payment>
We accept online payment only, which is available from August 9 (Tue at https://indico.cern.ch/event/504078/page/7446-payment . The registration fee is 30,000 JPY. The registration fee includes: admission to all scientific sessions; conference bag and name badge; conference program and book of abstracts, coffee/tea during the breaks, and welcome cocktail. The conference dinner will be held at the venue on October 12 (Wed). The fee of the conference dinner is 7,500 JPY for each person.

All who are interested in this conference should apply via the registration form before September 15 (Thu) at https://indico.cern.ch/event/504078/registrations/29736/ . The registration at the venue will start at 15:00 on October 10 (Mon).
<Other information>
We will have welcome cocktail from 17:30 on October 10 (Mon). On the afternoon of October 13 (Thu), we will not have scientific session.
