held at the Kyoto Research Park on 11-14 of October, has been extended
to September 5 JST.
The important dates are now:
Abstract submission: September 5 (Mon)
Last notification of acceptance of abstracts: September 15 (Thu)
Registration: September 22 (Thu)
Payment: September 22 (Thu)
The deadline times are 23:59 of the days in Japan Standard Time (JST).
