The excursion will be to Flor og Fjære [map], which will also be the venue for the conference dinner. It will take place on Wednesday during the conference.
Departing at 18:00 that day, we will travel by boat from downtown Stavanger (Skagenkaien, outside the Skagen Brygge hotel) to the venue, on the island of Hidle. We will have a guided tour of the garden, followed by a buffet dinner, then return later by boat again. The overall duration will be about five hours.
Please note that there is no alternative transportation to or from the island!
