The goals of this workshop will be to: - present an overview of CLIC beam instrumentation needs and review their specifications - present the status of the ongoing work related to CLIC beam instrumentation - review the list of critical items and discuss the R&D required for proof of principle - organize the work for completion of the CLIC Conceptual Design Report by the end of 2010
