Registering your arrival:
Upon arriving at De Krim, participants should proceed to Restaurant 't Paviljoen, where they can register their arrival and pick up their information pack and room key. Local registration will officially take place between 14:00 and 19:00, but participants arriving outside those hours can report to the reception desk at De Krim and they will contact the event organisers.
Information Packs:
Each participant will be provided with an information pack upon arrival, which will contain the following items, amongst others:
- The school programme
- A certificate of attendance
- A map of the de Krim
- A key to the villa
- Eight dinner vouchers
- A list of contact numbers in case of emergency
- An A-Z of practical information
- A notepad and pen
