The conference will be held in the Pullman Raja Orchid Hotel, downtown Khon Kaen, Thailand, about 450 km from Bangkok.
Khon Kaen is a small university town in northeast Thailand, easily reachable by air, train, bus, or car. Participants from most countries will not need a special visa to attend the conference.
The beginning of April is well before the rainy season, and the weather can be expected to be warm and dry. This is low season for tourism, so we hope to keep down the costs for conference fee, travel, meals, and accommodation.
Especially we hope to attract many young researchers and students for a broad information exchange. There are many hotels and restaurants in downtown Khon Kaen in all price ranges.
