Khon Kaen has many hotels and B&B places in all price ranges. We shall provide a list of some hotels shortly. It is low season for tourism, and many places offer substantial discounts. We negotiated special rates for conference participants with two hotels, the Pullman and the Kosa. However, these rates are for a limited number of rooms. They only will extend a favorable for the conference, they do not block a certain number of rooms. Hotels which are farther away are easily reachable by taxi, tuk-tuk, or bus. Taxis are Meter Taxi, i.e. no negotiating necessary. They are quite inexpensive. Tuk-tuks should be even cheaper, but it might depend on your negotiating skills. Buses and samlors are also available. Please ask the hotel for routes and schedules.
