Details about the accommodation at the official hotel of the event will be given below but you should always consult the hotel directly for confirmations:
Value of room rates: (breakfast included in the Hotel Restaurant)
Standard single room: R $ 159,00
Standard double room: R $ 189,00
Standard double room + extra bed *: R $ 258,00
Daily in double suite (single or double): R $ 319,00
ATTENTION: The hotel has a limited number of suites, for this reason, you will need to make a prior consultation for this specific type of room.
To make your reservation, you have two options:
First option:
Make the reservation directly through the hotel's reservation website here. Once on the site, use the special code 70313 for LISHEP2018.
The payment method will be the credit card that will be provided for guarantee of no show and payment will be made directly at check in.
Second option:
Send an email to: grupos@marazulhotel.com.br with the subject: RESERVATION FOR THE LISHEP2018 EVENT.
Please enter your full name, reservation period and type of accommodation in the body of the email, you must identify yourself as a participant in the LISHEP2018 Event.
Each participant must make their own reservation.
Full payment of the daily rates must be made directly at the Hotel, upon check-in.
Important notes:
1. Hotel Check in starts at 2:00 p.m. and check out must be made until 12:00 p.m.;
2. We do not charge ISS or tourism fees;
3. The Hotel does not accept payment by bank check;
4. The Hotel accepts Visa or Mastercard;

You MAY NEED A VISA to enter Brazil, depending on your nationality. Please, contact the Brazilian diplomatic representation in your country for more detailed information.
Bahia at the time of LISHEP2018 will have habitually a good wheather. During this period of year, temperatures range from 21 C (71 F) to 28C (83 F).
Electrical power inSalvador is mostly 127 Volts / 60 cycles, A.C, but some hotels provide 220 Volts outlets.
Brazilian currency is the Real (R$). The official rate of exchange is available from daily newspapers, hotel cashiers, banks and travel agencies. Cash are easily exchanged at these locations. Many hotels and shops accept foreign currency and Credit Cards. Currently, the dollar to real rate has been around US$ 1.00 ~ R$ 3,80. But you have to confirm before leaving your country.
