On Thursday afternoon a visit to PAKS Nuclear Power Plan Ltd is organized. It is located at around 100km from Budapest.
The departure will be made right after the end of the Plenary Session at 12:30
The transport will be made by bus and a lunch box will be prepared and offered to each participant.
The programme of the visit is as following:
15:30 Arrival to the Information and Visitor Center of the Nuclear Power Plant
15: 30 -16:00 Welcome, short introduction of the Nuclear Power Plant
1st GROUP
16:00 – 17:00 Business visit on the 4th block visitor route (view of block controller and reactor hall from visitor corridors, walk in turbine hall)
17:00 – 18:00 View of the Maintenance and Practice Center
2nd GROUP
16:00 – 17:00 View of the Maintenance and Practice Center
17:00 – 18:00 Business visit on the 4th block visitor route (view of block controller and reactor hall from visitor corridors, walk in turbine hall)
18:00 End of the program
A dinner will be organized on the way back to Budapest, probably at Dunaföldvàr from 18:30 to 21:00
21:00 Travel back to Budapest
