Dear participant of MPCS-RG-2019,
With this second and final circular we provide final information on the meeting:
* Arrival at the Zvartnots Airport:
Upon arrival, you can exchange currency at an exchange office prior to the passport control. The taxi fare to the city should be around or less than 4.000 AMD (an equivalent of 8 Euro). Yandex taxi has a representative at the entrance to the arrival hall which can arrange your ride. The Yandex taxis are located outside the arrival hall. It is not recommended for taking taxis from private drivers.
* The venue of the conference:
The meeting will be held at the „Balian Hall“ which is located at the Campus of Yerevan State University at Alek Manukyan str. 1. This hall is located on the 4 floor. Take the stairs or elevator to the 4th floor and turn to the right corridor adjacent to the central building of the university. Signs will be posted at the central building on how to enter the building and find the venue.
* The excursions:
See the time table for the times and places of planned excursions. Note that there is a binary choice for the "long" excursion. Lists will be available where you can make the choice.
* The social dinner will be organized in one of the restaurants in the center of the city - the exact location will be given during the conference.

Please check the time schedule on the conference web page for the length of your talk, any conflicts with your travel plans, etc.
