As with our previous editions of the Conference, the accepted papers of the different contributions (oral presentations and posters) will be published in a proceedings volume after being peer reviewed. It shall be published by the Institute of Physics (IOP) as an open access volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series. The papers should be sent by electronic mail to: tic.heap2019@gmail.com

Length:
- Five pages but no more than 10 pages for a poster
- Eight pages but no more than 15 pages for a talk
- Eight pages but no more than 20 pages for a plenary talk.
