Accommodations fees for regular participants from Algeria

Accommodations fees for local participants are partly supported by the DGRSDT (The Algerian General Direction for Scientific Research...).

Friday, October 18th - Monday, October 21st (Monday night NOT included):

• For local permanent researchers: 8,000 DA.
• For local PhD students: 2,000 DA.

Accommodations fees will cover :

• Hotel.
• Daily Hotel - University transportation.
• Dinners (starting from Friday night till Monday evening).

 

Accommodations fees for regular participants from abroad Algeria

Friday, October 18th - Monday, October 21st night included:

Accommodations fees are 300 euros and will cover :

• Hotel.
• Daily Hotel - University transportation.
• Dinners (starting from Friday night till Monday evening).

 

Payment for the accommodations should be made by cash at the conference desk prior to the start. The participant has also the choice to take care of her/his own accommodations if her/he so wish.

Please note that any arrival/departure beyond the dates specified above will be on the responsibility of the participant. The regular stay is: reaching Constantine on Friday, October 18th and leaving on the afternoon of Monday, October 21st, or if necessary on Tuesday, October 22nd morning if one's travel destination necessitates it.

 

Touristic trip on Tuesday, October 22nd (Optional)

Fees* are 100 euros, including:

• A day long out of town trip to unique archaeological and natural places.
• Additional accommodations for that day (stay at the Hotel for the 22nd of October night, and lunch and dinner for that day).

* Seats are limited and priority will be given to participants from abroad. For nationals,  we will accommodate only those from out of Constantine area with priority given to permanent researchers. The fees have been set for permanent researchers to 8000 DA and for PhD students to 4000 DA (Including the extra day at the Hotel and the two meals).
