Financial support

Participation to the school is free of charge.

The welcome reception on Monday evening and the dinner on Thursday evening will be covered by the organisers.

Travel, accommodation and lunches are at the expense of the participants (i.e. financed by their home institutes).


Financial support from the AIDA-2020 project is available for a limited number of students from the AIDA-2020 community. 

Eligibility for applying for the AIDA-2020 financial support:

  1. Your application has to be accompanied by a Reference/Support Letter signed by your Professor or Supervisor, clearly indicating the lack of financial support. Please use the following model Reference Letter. A scanned copy of the Reference Letter should be sent to Sabrina El yacoubi.
  2. You must be enrolled in a higher education programme (Graduate or PhD studies)
  3. You must present a poster at the school.

The selection of the participants to receive AIDA-2020 financial support will be made by the AIDA-2020 Management, based on scientific merit.

Participants will be informed of the outcome of their application by the 1st of April.
