The conference fee, covering coffee breaks, lunches, banquet, and all social events, is 1300 PLN if paid before June 1st 2019, for later payment it is 1500 PLN.
PhD students may apply for a reduced conference fee (730 PLN if paid till June 1st, 2019, for later payment 850 PLN). The application for a reduced fee (accompanied by a recommendation letter from PhD thesis advisor) should be sent to beyond19@fuw.edu.pl .
For accompanying persons the conference fee amounts to 630 PLN (for later payment 720 PLN), it includes welcome reception, conference dinner, social events and lunches.
